Return & Refund Policy

I will refund any new, unused products returned within 15 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued after receipt of returned item.

Despite each product being custom made and individually tested, I understand that issues can arise and in these cases I will repair or replace the item in question. If I will be sending a repaired item or replacement item, I will cover the cost of shipping. Products damaged by your pets will not be considered defective on the part of Timber Hound.
