The slip leads are made from certified type IV paracord which is used for rock climbing therefore making the material incredibly strong.  The cord is 5/16” in diameter with a nylon outer sheath creating the perfect heft and smooth feel.  These leads are chew resistant and waterproof.  Slip leads are a combo of a lead and collar in one.  The lead feeds back through a welded ring creating the collar portion.  Each lead comes with an adjustable leather stopper to keep the collar portion from changing size once you've found the perfect fit.  Slip leads are designed to gain easy and quick control over a dog.  They are useful for training, transportation, and emergency situations.  They are not meant to deter pulling and should not be used on dogs with respiratory issues as they can cause discomfort or injury if used improperly.
